Hello.
I have an HP laptop, model 15s-eq1017nv, and I need to replace the battery with a new one.
Could you please let me know exactly which battery type this model uses so I can look for it?

Your battery's HP part number is L11119-855 (battery description: 3-cell, 41W, 3.6A, LI, HT03041XL-PR+PL).

A genuine original battery is available via HP Parts Store ($127.61 before 20% off coupon).

You can also do a search on vendors (e.g. Amazon and eBay) with the battery part number for third-party compatible replacement batteries.
