HP Notebook - 17-by0021dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

Thank you for your time in advance.

My HP laptop will not run recovery, automatic repair or accept prompt commands. This happened after a windows 10 update. I was able to recover from a previous date. Once windows was connected to wifi, it started to run updates. The system was running fine until the updates were completed. After all updates completed, the desktop screen would flicker and reload every five seconds. I did a hard restart and now I cannot run any repair or recovery actions. When in prompt, it is in X drive and will not run select drive 0. I'm not great with the correct terms, so please forgive me. Please help. Thank you!

Quickest way is to re-install Windows 10 using

           https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

To download ISO file then save on your machine. After that mount ISO file as a DVD and Run Setup from ISO file

Please tick to keep all users files/data and programs

Regards.
