My laptop keeps completely freezing (audio, screen, controls) multiple times a day. I have checked the bios and run the extensive tests (passed), cleared browser cache, disabled background services, checked for driver updates, cleared temporary files, checked for malware, and checked for overheating. I always have to force quit my laptop and wait for it to restart before I can start using it again. I've tried contacting HP Support and Windows Support (unhelpful), and I've run through all the options the HP virtual assistant recommends. I'm still having this software issue, how do I fix it?
