              To whom it may concern: My name is Mike, and I am a new kid on the block and who need help with my HP laptop computer issue which I am still not able to solve.  Number of things already try. My first incompetence, I forgot to do any backup of system or restore points in windows 11.  Second, trying to reload windows 10 with a bootable usb, but the system does not able to recognize the SSD existence on the stage of about to repartition and format hard drive which I already try load the SSD drivers many times and it won't able to see any compatible inf files to pickup the SSD, but in the BIOS it sees the SSD & tested healthy. Third, already try the cloud recovery process with a bootable usb drive, and it still does not see the SSD, and that was the last thing I did, in addition that was my last option before I ran into the wall of my incompetence.  My knowledge of computer technology is on level quecto.  Please help me my wonderful community members.  Thank you!🙏
