HP Laptop PC 17-by4000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've narrowed it down to kernel and process latency with "LatencyMon" utility"

It appears to be driver related possibly with my wifi driver.

I don't know what to do

MORE INFO

It's possibly related to my wifi drivers. It is a driver issue as far as I can tell. I've updated all drivers. I tried rolling back drivers in Device Manager. I rolled back the operating system back 4 months from today(with acronis full boot restore). So it isnt a recent driver. All diagnostics report no errors

Please try driver for WiFi

Sorry. Did you mean product number? I gave you model number earlier. I went to bestbuy's site where I bought it and this is the model number

Model:17-by4633dx

It's the only place I could find it

Product number: 3Y054UA#ABA

I'll try those drivers. thank you

I believe I have wifi 5. I don't know.

The audio driver won't install unless I go in to the device manager and uninstall and delete the old one.

So I did but there are at least 4 more. Do I uninstall and delete those too?

Ive enclosed a picture
