Product: HP 15 Laptop Windows 10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought this Laptop in 2016. I have forgotten my Password and don't know how to get into my LP to delete it or reset it.  I'm not sure if it's a 32 or 64 bit. I've tried several times to contact HP Technical Support with no success. Please help!
