HP Laptop Recovery

Hi, y'all. Among the many problems I've been having with HP laptops (not trying to be rude or anything, smh), there's a specific one that's driving me insane. Turns out that this laptop had Windows 10 clean installed, losing everything OEM. The apps and recovery options were all lost. I called HP and received instructions to create a recovery media USB. I had to use HP Cloud Recovery. After countless hours, the process finished, but I noticed that the main reasons why I was going through it in the first place were not covered: 𝗛𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 / 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱. Hitting f11 just takes me to Windows RE options, and the HP option is nowhere to be seen. I need to get this fixed asap. Please, anyone, help!!!!
