HP Recommended

I'm an IT technician for a county government. I just finished talking to a customer and they keep saying that their HP laptop (ProBook 440 G6) keeps resetting to the HP diagnostics menu within the BIOS. This seems to happen at least once per month and has been going on for the past 3+ months.

A hard reset will at least take the device back to Windows, allowing the customer to work again, but today was an especially inconvenient case of this happening as the kick to BIOS happened during a Teams call. The issue doesn't happen frequently enough to warrant a full replacement, but I'm wondering if there's some BIOS setting or possibly a Windows setting that causes this issue, or maybe that the OS wasn't imaged right.

So far, this person seems to be the only one having this specific issue.
