HP Notebook - 15-af111nf (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

My system was updating.  The power went out at 30percent updated. My computer came back on and now it is coming up with a bunch of recovery options. However when I select any of them. It tell me they are unable to recover anything therefore it now tells me to just shut it off.   I do and the same thing over and over comes up

select the keyboard option. Which is US

and the. It goes to HP recovery manager.  Which none of those options work. I don’t have a back up disk to put in to redo the computer.

Hi:

Your only free option that I can think of, would be to use the Media creation tool to create a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive and reinstall W10.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
