Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help with getting Windows 10 loaded back on to my laptop, when I boot it up it just loops the HP LOGO and never gets to the log in screen.  I have tried almost everything I could find on HP’s support site and nothing seems to work.  Please Help..
