Hi!
I'm working on my cousin's HP Mini 110-3500 laptop and I need to get into the Bios. She doesn't have any of the paperwork that came with the computer. How should I approach trying to figure out what the BIos Admin Password is? Is this the best place for that or do I need to email HP directly?
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you 🙂

Hi,
You can use the below link to generate the BIOS password reset key. Enter the System Halt code or the Serial Number of the unit to generate one.
You can:
1. Use the unlock code you generated to enter the BIOS
2. Disable all passwords that are enabled in the BIOS's security menu.
3. If asked for current password - type the unlock code
4. For new password, just press ENTER key
5. Repeat the same for verify password column.

Try any password for more than three times and the system would produce a halt code. Provide the halt code for us to help you further.
