I bought this laptop from someone who says they don't have the password and I've tried almost everything I can think of to bypass it, but I'm not really computer savvy. When I try to enter the password, it gives me an error code:
Fatal Error... System Halted.
[personal information removed]
I want to reset the entire laptop if possible
Please help!!
