Hi, I had to do a factory full hard reset after a windows update failed I would not allow notebook to start. So I next did a soft reset and still no luck. After the hard reset all that happens now is it powers up enough for the Hp logo to come the immediately shuts down and just keeps repeating the same process over and over again. Power's up for the logo then shutdown.

I suggest you attempt a BIOS recovery using the below steps:
Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord.
Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
