Hello.
I am having issues with my HP Notebook - 14-cf0013dx in which the Notebook will not recognize the USB Recovery Software. I did the following that I saw from other related threads. I turned off secure boot, legacy is activated, reseed hard drive and reset the pc. Im trying to restore the partition that came with the laptop and having no success
When I go into f9, it doesn't recognize the USB stick that has the recovery software from HP is on but when I hit boot from EFI files it recognizes the USB stick and it runs from boot from EFI. is there a way in which I can have the USB drive is recognized when I hF9 because i placed another USB stick with the HP Recovery Cloud image into the laptop and when I go to F9 it recognizes that but not the recovery USB drive that was provided by HP.
I also tried another image of this computer and received the error message his image isn't compatible with the pc and receive errors

Please use the following way to re-install Windows 10
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will allow you to make a bootable installation media (USB/DVD) and you can use installation media to install.
During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page. Normally few Windows 10 updates can install nearly all drivers for you.
Regards.
