HP Notebook 15-af114AU keeps on freezing, hanging, restarting, recovering. Every time it stops responding either it restarts on its own and shows recover computer screen or sometimes automatically boots the windows. Or sometimes when it hangs I have to manually shutdown it using key by long press and then starts again.
I purchased this machine in 2015 and this problem exists from 2016. Case Number: 4776330458 was also logged with HP support then for some time laptop worked fine and now again from 1 year this issue exits.
I hardly use any heavy application on this laptop. I use only MS word or minor MS excel work. Majorly use chrome browser for some work. I don't even use any video or audio playing software.
Windows pro is installed on it and system has 4 GB RAM. I have tried reinstalling windows and all drivers and other softwares many times but this machine continues to freeze or hang not less than 3-4 times per day.
