HP Notebook - 15-bs192od

Hi all,

I was on my laptop last week & everything was going great (I don't use it daily) I went on a few days later and no reaction when trying to power up. I've been trying to start up for 5 days. The only thing I get from it is a white light that turns on when charger is plugged in.

We have followed everything posted online that we could find. Plugged in holding power button for 15 sec, 30 sec, 1 min.. Not plugged in same thing. Repeated both of those steps with removable battery. Held down "Windows" button  & B for 3 sec & that completed a Bios update & then nothing.

It's just out of warranty.

Please help! We will try anything at this point, I have important info on there that I need like now!

Sounds like you have tried most of the troubleshooting tips we could provide. If you have important data on the hard drive probably the best option is to remove it. Then connect it to a USB HDD adapter, plug it into a usb port of another working pc or laptop. You should be able to browse for files and copy any you need off to hdd of host machine.
