Product: 15-db0047nv
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop 15-db0047nv is extremely slow. It needs 2-3 minutes to open a 10 page word document. What should I do for this?

CPU:AMD Ryzen™ 3 2200U 

HDD:1 TB 5.400 rpm SATA

RAM:4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)

GPU: AMD Radeon™ 530

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried with a different application such as Microsoft Excel or powerpoint?
  • Have you tried opening word document from external devices?
