@mohitsaxena79, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding a compatibility issue with your HP Notebook!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
The HP Notebook - 15-db1069au is not officially compatible with Windows 11, which is why the touchpad driver is unavailable. To resolve this issue, you will need to roll back to Windows 10.
Steps to Roll Back to Windows 10:
- Open Settings: Press Windows + I to open the Settings menu.
- Go to Recovery: Navigate to System > Recovery (or Update & Security > Recovery in older builds).
- Find 'Go Back' Option: Under "Recovery options," look for Go back to the previous version of Windows 10 and click Go back (this option will be available only if you upgraded within the last 10 days).
- Follow the On-Screen Instructions: Choose a reason for rolling back, click Next, and then select Go back to Windows 10.
- Wait for the Process to Complete: Your system will restart and begin rolling back to Windows 10.
If the rollback option is unavailable, you may need to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 using a bootable USB.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
