Hi:
That model does not have a recovery image to download.
You have two options...buy recovery media from HP for your notebook at the link below...
Make plain W10 installation media using the media creation tool at the link below to install W10 for free.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Make the 64 bit installation media.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
