@El_Miguelo
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I see that bios update failed with an error message,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Are you able to boot into windows desktop?

While you respond to that, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

To locate and install the correct BIOS update:

  1. Open

    http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html

  2. Enter the computer name in the Find my product box.
  3. Click Go.
  4. Select the computer.
  5. Click on the computer name link.
  6. Select the ORIGINAL operating system that the computer came with.
  7. The correct BIOS version will be listed in the BIOS section:

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Hi, solved my problem - went to download site & downloaded 2 SPs 93370 & 93346.

93370 failed to instal but when I installed 93346 it installed 93370.

The HP support assistant on my PC didn't do it in the right order
