Hi Team , 
I had purchased the HP Laptop with Serial No. - [edited] & Product No -3KM36PA from Amazon.in on 12-Aug-2018 (ref attachment) . 
However on your HP site I am surprised to see that the Warranty status details for this product as ' Expired' on 19-Feb-2019.
This HP laptop comes with 1 year domestic warranty from HP and its just 8 months back that I have purchased this laptop .
So please assist in  fix this warranty issue at the earliest and confirm to me on my email id - [Personal Information Removed] .

 

I have also raised  a ticket - [edited]  for HP by clicking on 'Dispute This'   more  than 10 days back . But still  no action from HP end or  reply mail from them  .

 

Pls assist
