HP Notebook issues

I'm having issues with my notebook, it asked to update something. but when I hit the f1 button it went to blinking to a black screen and then to the HP logo and it won't stop, F11 doesn't do anything and neither does type in anything. the ctrl and alt with delete don't turn it off and I'm unsure if there is a way to fix this notebook.

Hello, if you just try to boot normally your laptop in what screen are you?? What is your issues??

When I turn it on, it goes to the screen that turns on, then after a little goes to the HP logo screen, blinks for a moment then goes to a black screen where it looks like you can type something but I can't. then just repeats it's self over and over for a while.

Hello, do you have the turning weel at the bottom on the HP logo?? And if your computer reboot few times, you never have the screen "preparing auto repair" or "windows is preparing repair"?

no turning wheel at the bottom of the logo. just black screen, then logo screen and repeats

Hello, so it is appears to an hardware problem. 

Please try to execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
