Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

Thanks for the good job done out here for us all. I have this HP notebook 14 (14-cm0xxx) with AMD e2 processor, once it gets connected to the internet it goes off and reboot then displays this blue screen error below. I have tried updating the display driver but still same.

Note it stays on, but goes into the blue screen mode once connected and surfing the internet.

Hi, as related to my previous post on HP 14 displaying blue screen once connected to the internet. I did a full windows update and this rectified the whole issue, guess it was a compatability issue. So all sorted and laptop is fully functional.

Hi@TEEXPRESSION,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing reboot issues with the HP Laptop reboot then displays this blue screen error.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.

Try and check in Bios using the F10 key if it reboots in Bios. To enter Bios, click restart and keep tapping the F10 key and then turn on the PC at the same time to enter Bios screen.

If the issue persists in Bios then it is a hardware issue on the PC.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
