Product: HP Notebook - 15-da0072na

Hello everyone!

 

I hope you are well.

 

I own a HP Notebook - 15-da0072na. I have had this since May 2020. Unfortunately, it runs incredibly slow, particularly during start up. It has been doing this since I purchased the item and despite running various troubleshooting methods, installing cleaning softwares, it has always run slow. I have tried to run disk cleaners that HP has pre-installed on the notebook but even these are slow too. I believe I am running windows 10 and have attempted to install 11. However, because it is so slow, it will not install. A few times I have had to leave the laptop on all day for updates to download and install. And even then it has not worked. 

 

Is there anything you can suggest please

Hi, @Sumie123 usually a laptop will behave like this due to its age and extensive use of the system. 

 

You can try doing disk defragmentation and also clean out excess programs or uninstall applications you are no longer using again.

 

See if you can make use of OneSafe PC Cleaner for this task as well.
