Kindly find the below troubleshooting steps : 

 

Perform a Hard Reset – Disconnect the power adapter,  and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds. Reconnect power and try to turn on the laptop.

External Monitor Test – Connect your laptop to an external monitor via HDMI or DisplayPort to check if the display issue is only on the laptop screen.

Brightness and Display Toggle – Try pressing Fn + F4 (or the key with a monitor icon) to toggle between display modes. Also, make sure the brightness isn’t turned all the way down.

BIOS/Hardware Diagnostic – Press Esc or F2/F10 at startup to enter BIOS or run the built-in HP hardware diagnostics to see if the system recognizes the display and components.
