HP OMEN 40L displaying loading symbol but wont start

I recently updated the Omen Command center and the display kept flashing black until it had to restart for 3 minutes when it turned back on it began loading as it is here. I’ve waited for an hour now and nothing is changed I’ve tried the Windows + B thing and all but it just goes back to this I’m so confused.
