Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello everyone,

recently, when I'm trying to recover my windows using original recovery partition by HP I found that the option " System Recovery" not active and I can't click on it? just like attached picture

how can I recover my system without loosing original Apps and drivers.

I Tried to create recovery media using Recovery manager, after verification of the USB I got the message "we are experiencing errors in recovery media creation"

BTW: my laptop come with SSD.M2 and HDD where the recovery partition is on the HDD and the windows installed on SSD.M2 and I replaced the HDD with a new SSD after I clone it using Acronis software!

Your machine could be more than 2 years old by now. You can install Windows 10H2 using the following tool

        https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

   (a) You can save as ISO file or create Windows 10 installation media    (would take 40mins)

   (b) Using media or ISO file to install Windows 10 (ISO is my preferred method (wold take 35mins to 55mns)

If you wish to KEEP all user files and data, please tick the box (it ticks for you by default).

Regards.
