Product: HP OMEN 15 - en0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a HP OMEN laptop from bestbuy. After completing the initial setup, I didn't get a HP OMEN custom wallpaper on screen instead I got a black background as wallpaper. Is there a chance for my laptop might be refurbished?

I know I can download it from somewhere on the internet. I need to know why was it showing up a black background wallpaper instead of OMEN wallpaper?
