Product: HP omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx (product # 2A137UA#ABA) no longer boots and displays the error message “Boot device not found, please install an operating system on your hard disk 3F0”. In the OMEN setup utility, when I got to the UEFI HII configuration it displays only 27gb of optane memory but not the 512 gb SSD. When I run the SSD diagnostic reached with F2 both the quick and extensive tests pass instantly.
I have tried setting the BIOS back to defaults to no avail and cannot access the windows troubleshoot/repair page with f9. I would like to recover data from the SSD if possible. Any suggestions?
