Hello Everyone,

 

I am not able to understand the issue with my Omen laptop.

 

The main issue is that my laptop freezes randomly while using it and also when it is turned on and sitting on idle mode. And there is nothing I can do to fix that issue because the buttons don't work and the last option is to turn it off through the power button. And the worst case is that it sometimes doesn't boot up again and the power button red light is stable but everything else is not working. The last solution to this problem is to remove the battery and put it again, as I cant even use the power button anymore to turn off the pc.
