Since uninstalling Omen gaming hub on my laptop, HPReadHWdata driver uninstaller required a UAC administrator logon every time I logon for a non-administrator windows 11 account.
A similar post to this which was not resolved mentioned it might be related to the Omen hub overlay functions which access HW metrics.
Confirming this, after reinstalling Omen Gaming hub the HPReadHWData driver uninstaller popup now does not appear, however it has been replaced by HP.Omen,Overlay.OverlayHelper popup requiring UAC administrator logon every bootup.
In addition, when starting games from Steam another popup appears, HP.Omen.SystemOptimizer requiring UAC administrator logon.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
