OMEN by HP 15-dc1069wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

After recent BIOS update, my system wont boot. It is giving Hard drive error, and sometimes Boot device not found error. I have already tried following:

1. Window+B - It worked once and it seemed that BIOS was restored, but that didnt solve the problem, and now it displays No BIOS files found messages

2. Hard reset by removing the battery

3. F11 system recovery - It didn't help, tried restoring, repairing, everything, and  now it is not even going into recovery mode, just displays the same Hard drive error.

Please note I had installed an additional 1TB SSD, where OS was installed.

I am in a real pickle - because of the current situation, unable to get HP support from call center and elsewhere. It is really adversely affecting work. Currently I am blocked

@mtarshad Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HP Omen does not boot after the BIOS update.

I understand your concerns.

As you have already performed the troubleshooting steps.

If you are unable to contact our phone support, I would suggest you contact the local service center to repair the unit.

They will help you.
