HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop Next Gen AI PC 14-fh0000 (9F2C2AV)

Hi,
I am trying to boot from USB, so that I can install Linux.
I went to the BIOS and disabled the following entries:
* fast boot

* secure boot

I changed the order of boot. USB first and then hard drive.
Still, when I press F9 during boot, the only option I have is UEFI from hard drive. No USB detected.

I have a bootable USB stick connected to the laptop via a USB-C hub. As the laptop does not have USB-A ports.
Is there some other options I need to enable/disable to enable USB boot? Or the hub is in the way?

Thanks

I gave myself the answer.

The previous USB stick was not recognized (not sure why). A new one was listed, but in order to proceed, you need to disable Boot sure start.
Then you can boot from USB.
