Hi:
The problem seems to be related to the Nvidia graphics adapter.
See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
Since your notebook has the Intel/Nvidia switchable graphics, you can only use the existing Intel and nVidia graphics drivers found on the support page.
Do not update them by installing drivers from the Intel or nVidia websites.

Hi, Jett:
Sorry that you are still getting the same error even with what amounts to a factory reset of your notebook with the cloud recovery media.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to install a newer Intel chipset driver that what is probably installed now.
That should update the driver for the PCI Express Root port as well as other motherboard devices.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
