Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

My HP Pavilion g6 2202tx laptop left side both the usb port not working. Actually it was windows 10 originaly but i degrade it to windows 7 then unfortunately this problem arises.

Any help would be appreciable truly ..
