Hi,
Hard drive failed.
Replace HDD with a new one. You need to do major disassembly to reach the hard drive bay.
Any good branded 2.5 inch 7mm/9.5mm SATA HDD or SSD would work.

Manual: Page 67-71

Take out of hard drive, connect it to another computer using SATA to USB adapter. Copy the files you can.

Use recovery USB/DVD to factory reset OS after replacement of HDD.
Otherwise you may have to order Recovery media from HP.

You can alternatively clean install windows 10 if you've already upgraded and activated it previously.
