Product: HP LAPTOP SSD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This is the message which comes up on the screen when I restart the computer:
Boot Device Not Found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk.
Hard Disk - (3fO)
F2 sYSTEM Diagnostics

I have done some of the things it's asking but I'm not getting started. Please help.:

Welcome !
- Please, press F2 button to complete hardware diagnostics. Perform Quick/Fast UEFI test or Run-in test (whatever is available). If these are not available, perform quick Hard disk drive test. Let me know the results.
- Can you provide any background information what happened for this message to appear - did you perform any update or change before that , did this unit have operating system installed before ? Any detail would be helpful.
