I'm start using this PC 2 days ago.
Every 1-2 hour a bluescreen happen (more ora less 5-6 time in two days) , i have tried to update using HP Support Assistant, but the problem persist (i have seen a lot of update from windows 10).
This morning i have to reinstall Windows 10 becaure wireless were lost at all (no component availble in network manager)
Last blue screen leave in wrong state a VM Vmware that was in use (not a stressful situation for CPU, load average wa 15%), so i lost all of the work done in the morning....(luckily i have a backup of yesterday)
I don't know if VMWare player (last version available) could cause this problem, but seems strange i use vmware player on a lot of notebook desktop and it work fine.
Any idea or simply we have to sent back to support?
Thank you at all

Is there a visible error message?
Have you used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics to run system tests?
Press the power button and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.

Hi i don't read the error message on bluescreen , i was too much disappointed to lost work....
We are resending back the PC and we will buy another (non HP) notebook.
HW test didn't find any problem so i "assume" that the problem is in some driver or on Win 10 but we can't expect any fix (if any), we need to work a lot on those days! I reinstall windows 10 this morning so no strange driver or else , only VMWare and normally this don't cause blue screen....
Thank you for the info for HW test on reboot
