HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl, 3 months ago, 3 days ago i delayed to shutdown so i pressed the power button to force a shutdown. when i restarted it developed startup issues.

I tried repairing pc, system restore all to no avail. when i use the F11 key to access the recovery option i could find the "reset pc" option, i used a bootable usb to repair and also to reinstall windows but it either got stucked at "loading windows files" or it simply said  "windows was unable to deploy..........."

i eventually got tired of the whole thing and formatted the entire disc after it stay at the point of loading windows file, it said windows can't format disc and some other things

i heard of the cloud recovery tool will it work if i use that to download the original factory installation?

and what is the size of download so i can prepare for it as internet is very pricy here where i stay.

In terms of cloud recovery, if your PC is a 2016 or newer, the cloud recovery should work.  It allows you to download files needed to create your own HP Recovery Media.

I don't know the size, but if it is at all similar to MS Windows, it would be around 4GB of files.
