Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs2111nb

Hi there

 

My new HP Pavilion 15-cs2111nb (bought on 19/8) suddenly got an error and showed this blue screen

Then when it was restarted it came on this screen (on which it now has been stuck for 2 hours already). The laptop is frozen, can't do anything anymore. Can not even restart the laptop (which I shouldn't, do the screen is telling me).

The laptop's ventilators are making a lot of noise (since I'm stuck on this screen).
What should I do? Wait till the battery is empty and hope I can restart then?

 

Thanks a lot for any advice on this.

Perform a BIOS recovery to fix this issue.
