HP Pavilion 17-e049wm Notebook PC

HP Pavilion 17-e049wm the HHD was defective and now the laptop dont recognize the bootable usb for install the windows 10 and don't recognize the new ssd (the new ssd was used before in this laptop) . I tried the ssd in MBR and GPT format  , LEGACY SUPPORT enable and disabled , Changed the boot order  . Thanks for your help

Tried bios setup default.
The laptop passed the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI .
The screen show this message ( Boot Device Not Found / Please instal an operating system on your hard disk / Hard Disk (3f0)
