HP Pavilion 360.
I’ve had my laptop brand new, purchased directly from hp Australia for 2 months and over the last 2 days the laptop would not turn on, the power light would turn on for a second and then off again. After fully charging I held the power button down for 10-20 seconds and the computer came back on, operating as per usual for 2 days.
I have tried to turn the laptop on, and the power button does not come on at all, but the charger is connected and displaying an orange light. I tried to hold the power button on for 10-20 seconds as I did previously, both with the charger cord plugged in and removed. Both attempts to turn on the laptop were unsuccessful.
Are there any suggestions to turn the computer on and avoid this issue from reoccurring?

Hi @JKS_153,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that your HP Pavilion X360 14 Inch 2-In-1 Laptop PC 14-Ek0000 (54B26AV) does not power on.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.
