Dear friends,
Am using the above mentioned laptop and it was working very fine till i got the windows update (i guess), now my windows key and also some of the important windows applications are not working such as calculator, email, stickynotes, and i cant use any of my software and very mainly i can't even change my WIFI network (task bar is not responding).
Please help to resolve this issue.

Many thanks, this update solved all my issues. 

Its look like some interruption in last windows update which caused this issue.

Hi,

Try completly updating Windows and HP drivers and see if the problems persists.
