I was trying to restate my windows 10 OS to factory reset and along the line, I carelessly ended the sysprep installation process, then it came up with 'restoration Incomplete error with the following details: "Sysprep was not launched properly. ..... or , sysprep failed. ..... the process will cause CTO panic because the image might not be normal. .... ".
I downloaded a windows 10 media creation tool into a USB drive. I tried to change the boot order by disabling secure boot and enabling legacy boot and set it to boot from the USB, only for system change boot (021) message to pop out with a number + enter key. I typed the 4 digits number and pressed enter keywords but nothing changed , still stuck here.
Could someone please assist, the product number is W2L56UAR#ABA. Thanks.

You are getting that error because you turned Secure Boot off.

Reset the BIOS back to default as described in the link above.
