I was using my laptop during the last few days, but whatever I open up a window for navigating through my files or even a simple browser, all the programs stop working! I tried to open the Task Manager, but even the new opened task manager window becomes freezed! So, I decided to perform a Test, with the following result:
Battery Check : Primary - OK (0) Primary: Logic State - OK (0), Charge State - OK (0) Processor Check : PASSED Wireless Module Check :. PASSED Hard Drive SMART Check : PASSED Hard Drive Short DST Check : FAILED FAILURE ID : Q4UDXX-9699LT-MFPW3G-60SW03 PRODUCT ID : 3YD42EA#ABZ Hard Drive I - Secondary HDD Bay'
Any advice or suggestion?

UPDATE: I performed a chkdsk on both drives, C and D. The first one doesn't report any error, while the execution of the check disk command on the secondary drive prints the following line: Unspecified error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 470).

Welcome to HP support community.
This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
