I have a HP Pavilion Notebook (T3T35UA#ABA) which I'm trying to perform windows updates to be able to play League of Legends on it hopefully.

 

I get an error that updates can't be done and I need to update the BIOS. I'm unable to find any support downloads or updates on the HP site though and I'm not getting any luck on searching how I'm supposed to go about this BIOS update. Any help here would be appreciated.

 

Current BIOS: F.17-03/09/2016

Processor: AMD A10 Extreme Edition Radeon R8, 4C+8G
