Pavilion 15-cc104no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion that started to ask for a Administrator or Power On Password on startup (blue box on black screen) after Windows 10 did an automated update.  I don't have a power on password and was never asked for one before the update.

I downloaded the USB BIOS file from HP website and booted with Windows+B+Power

The laptop then performed a USB BIOS update. It restarted several times during the process - then I was back to the blue box asking for an administrator or power on password.

Why is the default BIOS file form HP asking for a power on password?  This is before the OS even starts to load
