Hello,

I have this laptop quite long time but due to various reasons at the last years it was in the drawer with faulty
HD. Now my little son needs it so bought a new ssd HD and I want to install windows on it.

When I downloaded the OS directly from Microsoft and tried to install it. I got a message that I have to go to the manufacture support center - probably because it comes with the OS already installed.
I want to download the original OS provided with it: win 7 home premium - but I don't find it.
I know that it's an old laptop but it is in a very good condition and not supposed to work hard.

The laptop is not under warranty but I don't need technical support just a link to download the OS.

please help

Hi,

Try downloading from here:

https://getintopc.com/softwares/operating-systems/windows-7-home-premium-free-download-iso-32-bit-64...

and then use the product key on the sticker on the notebook to activate.
