Hi, @Free-dom8_8 

 

The HP cloud recovery tool has no chance of working on your model.

 

Your notebook originally came from HP with Windows Vista.

 

You can order Vista recovery media from this vendor at the link below. 

 

HP quit selling recovery media for that model series years ago.
