Product: Pavilion g6 Windows 7 A6 vision AMC

I am trying to restore my Pavilion g6 to factory setting so that i can pass it down to Grandkids.  My all programs does not have Recovery Manager listed.  This laptop was given to us by Telus when we signed up for a 2 year contract.  HELP!!

Try pressing the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting, and when the HP Startup Menu appears, select the option to do a Reset.

 

IF this works, and it can take 2-3 hours, then when you finally reboot, it will be back to initial setup.
